Integrate #Nostr with a blockchain and store profile metadata on the blockchain

That way all clients will show only the latest cached copy of the profile and not multiple cached copies from multiple relays

And, all Nostr apps should pick up your profile metadata from the blockchain

Notes etc can be on relays
